Cultural Shirts
Product Details
Capacity: 150,000 pieces / month
Customized products: T-shirts can be understood as culture + shirts. The culture here is the design of various exquisite patterns or company logos, ideas and so on. After the designer has designed a satisfactory pattern, it should be printed on the clothes in the most appropriate way. Depending on the number of products, the content of the pattern, etc., different printing processes are required, and the most common ones are screen printing, thermal transfer, and the like. However, it is generally not recommended to use thermal transfer. Thermal transfer will make the fabric thicker and airtight. If it is a large-area pattern or LOGO, it should be as simple as possible in color, which is convenient for screen printing.
Process characteristics: 1, water slurry process 2, glue process 3, thick plate pulp process 4, ink printing process 5, nylon pulp process 6, planting beads process 7, hand-painted process 8, printing process 9, bronzing process 10, bubble Slurry process 11, thermal transfer process
Fabric: T-shirts are roughly divided into fabrics: polyester, T\C, CVC, cotton, AB cotton.
Polyester does not contain cotton, and T\C fabric contains about 25% cotton. CVC fabric contains about 60% cotton, and cotton is 100% cotton.
The lower the cotton content, the easier it is to raise the ball (plain fabric is generally easier to pilling than the bead fabric). The cotton fabric does not pilling, but the disadvantage is that it is easily deformed and shrunk, and it is easy to wrinkle. CVC fabrics are generally recommended for lapel T-shirts and round neck T-shirts. The time for raising the balls is short and will not be deformed or shrunk.
